I learn by making things real.

I’m Barna, a research-minded builder based in Budapest. I work across AI, cryptography, formal verification, and product. My lifelong hobby is learning as much about one thing as quickly as possible. At its core, autoresearch is a knowledge bootstrapping tool that finally lets me do this at speed.

AI, cryptography, and formal verification are rapidly converging. Each requires thinking through complex systems and their architecture, and each enables more elegant solutions to real-life problems. Everything I approach is, in essence, a product to build. That’s the methodology I bring to each piece of work.

I care about close friendships and family, about being an uncle and a godfather, and about making time to actually be there. I like traveling, nature, sailing, and cracking a cold one while watching the sunset. Specifically on western coastlines. I’m a true sunset connoisseur.
